I was very impressed by the professionalism of this company. They were respectful of my home, took time to do a good job, they attended to the smaller details that made the all the difference, they cleaned up after themselves and it was a competitive cost. Carlton was nothing short of amazing. Excellent communication, very professional and responsive. We needed our locks replaced at short notice, and Carlton helped source a lock within our budget, and fit the lock at a time that suited us. He was right on time, exceptionally professional, and did a great job. I would recommend his services to anyone, and will use him again (hopefully not locking myself out for a while haha)!

The lock was fitted only after ensuring that it could not be fixed . Time was taken and the process explained about what had happened to the mechanism. Really honest and very tidy. Gave great advice on what would work best and I would highly recommend. Flexible with times and went above and beyond.
