From the moment we contacted Twelve, Sam was very transparent, helpful and organised in helping us get our loft conversion come to life. We tasked them to convert our small flat to a 2 bed with new bathroom that we wanted to sell on. They were very tidy and constantly kept us updated on the timeline. What was really reassuring was the fixed cost quote, which only changed when we added extra works. Couldn't recommend them more, the stress really was taken away by their help and great finish.
