  Setting up an aerial connection to another room for access to sky

  Sean fitted a connection to another bedroom and it was working well when he left. It is now not working and the follow up service has been abysmal - none existent. I have called TV Aeiral Specialists Ltd several times, and can either not get through or have been lied to by the receiver who has not followed up on their promises.
