Things started well. The team worked quickly on a major renovation, including a rear extension, rewiring, plastering... We had to course-correct a few issues along the way that we deemed acceptable. When only about 1% of the payment remained, Dave made excuses for months and never fully completed the job (see pics of finishing).
We could have lived with that, but BUILDING CONTROL DID NOT APPROVE Turnkey's work. From day one, Dave reassured us everything was fine and that they would deal with Building Control, but when issues were raised, he made up lies and excuses & never came back to fix.

We have never worked with such a hard customer as this , even building control had issues. in regards to finishes all was complete and had building control inspection, we customised their kitchen and finished and was approved by the customer surely if they wasn’t satisfied they wouldn’t have paid. in regards to finial sign off building control asked for ventilation of flat roof of which we submitted a cost but the client didn’t want to pay. this gentleman was the most difficult of clients to please we will be submitting our claim of retraction against defermition of character towards us
