  From the first communication Thomas was professional and very knowledgeable, he quoted, measured advised and built the most beautiful under the stairs system, he was on time, courteous and continued to deliver the highest level of professionalism throughout, I cannot thank him enough.

  Built in furniture & wooden floors

  The company came highly recommended. The planning and design of the fitted bedroom furniture, the bespoke lounge units and shelving, in addition to laying wooden floors was excellent. The workmanship and attention to detail was beyond our expectations. The professional approach and excellent communication, made our experience with this company a pleasure. We highly recommend this company for all your joinery projects.

  Fitted wardrobes

  We had fitted wardrobes andded to our new build but the supplier could not provide internal drawers. Thomas was able to come up with a solution. He kept us informed at all times and checked things to make sure we were happy throughout the process. He was really friendly and professional and the work has been done to a really high standard. We are very happy and would definitely recommend Thomas as a joiner.

  Staircase renovation

  Thomas is a great guy. He responded quickly to my quote request. Provided a very reasonable quote and we discussed different options for renovation. Thomas arrived on time and completed the work to a fantastic standard. Always tidied up after himself and made sure it was left safe to have my little one about the house. He did such a great job I’ve asked him to come back for more jobs within the house - kitchen refit and under stairs cupboard. Stairs look fabulous and I cannot recommend him enough!

  Emergency replacement of an internal fire door to the office and locks, following a burglary

  I highly recommend Thomas/Tunstall & Sons. Extremely responsive, despite having literally just got back from holiday. He was able to offer a time to suit us. His initial quite was extremely competitive, and when it became obvious more work needed doing he checked in with us before going ahead. But I would have no hesitation to recommend him due to his workmanship and level of communication, even if he had quoted more. The work carried out was skilled, but made to look easy, and communication and price was spot on. And to top it all off he cleaned up after himself perfectly!

  Floor Fitting

  Thomas could not have provided a better experience. From start to finish he was helpful, professional and a lovely guy. The work done is to a brilliant standard at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. He was helpful in giving advice to ensure we had the best fit and finish and accommodated changes in his schedule to fit work in sooner. I would highly recommended Thomas to anyone in need of carpenter or joiner as he is one of the declining number of genuine tradesman who will give a top service! We will be booking him back in for more work when needed.
