Excellent communication, reliable and great workmanship.

I was recommended to Curlan (TUMC) by a friend who had used his company for many projects. My house needed re-rendering and painting. Not an easy task as parts of the exterior rendering was unstable. Curlan's team were professional and friendly. They were on-time, polite and worked to a vey high standard to a point where, on one of the very frequent visits by Curlan to follow the progress, he asked them to re-do a small section of work which had not met his very high standard indicating a good work ethic within the team. Happy to recommend Curlan & TUMC!

We used TUMC for a loft conversion. The work was carried out to high finish and we were very happy with the build. The demolition work was carried out with minimum disruption to us and the team was tidy and punctual. Some good suggestions were made and the result was even better. We will use them again.

TUMC , have undertaken work for me and my parents on numerous occasions. They are very professional. Their quotes are itemised and comprehensive. Unlike some builders, who provide a superficial quote. If there are any issues or change in what is required, they are very accommodating. Once the work is completed., there is no issues if there is snagging that needs to be addressed.
