We had a shower platform that had rotted because of sub-standard materials used in its original construction. In addition it was heavy and difficult to remove because of its construction. We had tried for a while to get it renewed and replaced. We then contacted Tully & Smiths through Checkatrade - they were brilliant. One of their team visited the flat, saw the problem(s) and made very helpful suggestions regarding a replacement. The new platform was made and fitted very quickly and we are very pleased with the result. Communication with the firm was excellent and cost was reasonable
