We had a wildlife issue where a magpie was trapped in our chimney. We received same day service even though we called late in the day (5pm). While we were unable to rescue the magpie on that call out we asked about capping the chimney and arranged to avoid this issue again for the next day. Arrived promptly managed to rescue the bird before capping and provided advice on blocking the flue from the ground floor. Excellent clean service would highly recommend
