Andy provides an excellent service. The issue I had was diagnosed professionally in conjunction with the boiler manufacturer. He sourced genuine spares and fitted them on the same day. Our boiler was offline for less than 2 hours. Cannot be faulted.

The repair was performed professionally and efficiently

It was winter, I had no hot water and all the gas engineers I contacted said it would be weeks before they could come out to fix my boiler. Andrew was also extremely busy but made the time to come round soon after I contacted him. He did a great job at replacing my boiler and for a good price. He was friendly and reliable throughout the service. I have subsequently had him back to issue me with a gas certificate and to repair my water tank because he was so efficient the first time round. Andrew will go the extra mile to help you out.
