Panic set in when at 3pm on a Saturday my 96 year old neighbour had no electricity to some of her sockets. This meant no telephone and no fridge/freezer working. Paul answered the phone straight away and was with us within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and found the fault in a leaking hot water pump that was dripping water on to the electricals. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Paul was very quick to respond with a quote to supply and fit a new light in my mother's bathroom. Arrived on time, and did the work but just as importantly were patient with my mother who is easily confused. Will definitely use again when needed.

What I had thought was a difficult to remove bulb needing replacement, turned out to be an obsolete failed transformer. Paul and his son diagnosed the fault the day after I had contacted them, sourced and fitted replacements at a reasonable cost, tidying and clearing up before they left.

Paul was very helpful in arranging the job last minute for the next day. The report clearly highlighted the electrical issues with a potential property purchase. Work completed on Friday, report received on Tuesday. Many thanks.
