  Tony was working on a neighbours house and noticed one of my roof tiles was damaged and offered to repair it for free if I could get hold of a replacement tile. That’s how we started things and good to his word, he repaired it. I gave him £20 for the trouble. As a result, when it came time to replace our flat roof on our extension after having been previously let down by another company we decided to offer Tony the opportunity. He completed the work to excellent standards quickly and efficiently and his team were polite, quick and clean. The quality of work is 100% and the roof is excellent.

  Viewed the problem, provided estimate, completed the work to a good standard and as described in the estimate. No invoice surprises on completion. Work completed professionally and efficiently, no mess. Very personable, " no messing" personality, easy to be with, comfortable. Recommended.

  Dry Ridge System and guttering repair

  Tony was excellent from the beginning to end-he was quick to respond to any questions, the quality of work was very good, and he always tidied up after each day. We had a few issues with scaffolders during the work (timing of when they said they would erect/take down the scaffolding), but Tony was on it and kept me informed - he even came back after his work was completed to ensure the scaffolding come down. My previous experience with roofers hasn't been the best, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony, in fact he ended up doing some work for my neighbour. Thanks Tony!

  Dry Ridge Installation using existing ridge tiles

  Tony came out very promptly to quote and despite having a full order book managed to squeeze us in within a week due to time pressures we were under at this end to get the work completed. He explains what he is doing, takes photos and comes up with solutions to any problems that arise. Our job only took one day, but this is because he works efficiently and cleanly

  Investigation, identification and full repair and renovation of cause of ingress of rain water

  From the ‘get-go’ they were effective and efficient. They communicated well at every stage of the process, explaining what needed doing and why. This explanation was supported by photographs of the issues. There were problems in sourcing the tiles as they were obsolete. Undeterred they searched the ‘used’ market until the tiles were found. Several smaller, undisclosed, problems were repaired along the way at no extra charge. A very professional service. Highly recommended.
