Tommy responded quickly with a thorough itemised quote explaining all options, materials & timelines clearly. The roof was fully stripped, a breathable membrane fitted, & high-quality concrete tiles installed with dry ridge/verge & new leadwork around the chimney. They also did extra gutter work. Quality of work & materials was first class – the new tiles look great with excellent kerb appeal & neat flashing. TT Roofcare was recommended to me after 6 weeks of it raining in my bedroom every time the weather turned. Not only did this company show up exactly when they said the would for both quote and repairs (after 3 others had let me down completely), they also organised the job around others in order to maximise resources and minimise waste and save me a bit of money. They were very polite, considerate and efficient. I’ve deliberately held off writing this until after the next downpour but am now happy that the issues (3 in total) have been fixed. I’ll go straight to these guys next time! :-)
