  New Boiler installation

  I engaged TJ to install a boiler in my tenanted flat after the previous unit failed, leaving my tenants without heating and hot water. TJ provided multiple quotes, ordered the necessary parts and boiler, conducted a pre-installation visit to the property, and completed the installation within a few days. He maintained regular updates throughout the process and presented all available options. Additionally, he identified and rectified a minor gas leak at the property. TJ demonstrated a high level of professionalism and promptness. I would certainly recommend his services to friends and family

  Needed new pop up waste fitting in bathroom sink.

  Very competent quick job. Arrived with the correct replacement, checked all ok after fitting and advised to check after a few days , saying he would call back if I did find any leak. Very polite and friendly professional person.

  Full radiator repair

  10/10 service from TT. I was recommended by a nearby plumbing store so knew I’d be in good hands. I had a conversation with TT in the morning and he arrived just after lunchtime. My heating system is old and complex and TT went to great lengths to make sure that we had heating for a very cold week incoming! Not only did he do a good job but he’s a lovely guy and his pricing was fair - I would not hesitate to recommend him.

  TT Plumbing came out with very short notice. I had a problem with my boiler cutting hot and cold. He immediately diagnosed— it needed cleaning. but where others tried to overcharge me for a flush— T was the only one who was honest about what was needed and didn’t overcharge me. I’m so grateful to have found somebody I can actually trust. Who tells me the truth of what is going on and does the work that is necessary. now my boiler is squeaky clean!
