Tom was both very helpful in coming out to visit our home at short notice and assessing the gutter problems we had and what actions were needed to remedy the issues. We agreed a price and date for the work promptly. Tom explained clearly what was needed and was punctual, friendly and very professional throughout the repair process. Which was wrong with my ridge tolls and chimney stack he repointed it and stopped the leaks. he’s workmanship was so professional I then asked him if he would replace my guttering. With black UVPC.
