  Our shower died and we needed it repairing or replacing.

  Tom was very busy and couldn't see us immediately but was really nice and booked us in as soon as he could. Great communication and was on time for the appointment. Checked the job and explained what was wrong, he checked over the supply and tank. He was due to come back on Saturday but he found a shower in stock and due to another job cancellation he came back the same day. Took about an hour to do everything. Really nice guy and great workmanship, he even did another little job whilst here. My shower this evening was extra long and was great!

  Tom was brilliant. It was so easy to get a quote and book him in for the work. Really transparent and fair pricing and superb quality of work. I would highly recommend.

  Bathroom.. New sink fittings, new toilet flush unit, and installation of new shower and testing

  We hadn't had work done by Tom before but his reviews were great so I contacted him about a bathroom job that we needed doing. From the moment of first contact with Tom, he was friendly, helpful, professional and interested. I explained the work that we needed, he scheduled a day and time to assess, arrived as promised, provided a proper written quotation, we accepted. He scheduled the day and time to complete the work, turned up did it really well. He provided a written invoice, we paid. Courteous, efficient, effective and professional. Top job, top man, highly recommend Tom to anyone. Thanks

  Tested system and then changed the pressure release valve

  Tom was the fourth plumber we had asked to look at our leaking overflow pipe problem. Tom was excellent, well mannered, really knowledgeable and able to explain the complex issue in a simple way. He loads of tests to get the right solution then purchased the right kit to resolve the issue. He also helped us with another boiler related issue. All in all, great value for money, excellent communication throughout the process and I would wholeheartedly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a plumber. First class

  Fit new shower and stopcock.

  He originally was able to do the work at 24 hours notice, but due to a cancellation was able to do it on the day. He was polite and efficient and completed the work to a high standard.

  Leaking shower
