Leaking pipe in downstairs toilet

Terry provided an excellent service and timely, going out immediately to purchase a part required to fix the leak. He was friendly, tidy, and charged a fair price. I will have no hesitation contacting Terry again when I require a plumber and have recommended him to others.

Radiator fitting

No complaints, job was completed in good time, high standard and well priced. Previously had Terry out on an emergency job as well due to a leak in the early hours and he didn't charge an extortionate amount despite likely being dragged out of bed.

As ever Terry communicated well and came when he said he would and replaced a faulty radiator thermostat, draining down the system and refreshing it, all within two hours.

Fitting new flush cistern valve

I find Terry really helpful reliable and friendly and would recommend him as a plumber. I had a bad experience with British gas and had a leaking boiler I contacted Terry after looking on checkatrade he came out and sorted the problem and has recently sorted fitting new cistern valve for me.

Boiler Service, Gas Safety Check and Bath Reseal

Terry has been servicing our boiler and completing general plumbing jobs including attending a pipe leak for the past 3 years since we purchased our property in Eastbourne area. He is reliable and always does a good job. Although he has a busy schedule, he attended quickly when we had a water leak. I’m happy to recommend.
