Svet and his team were great and super professional throughout. It started with the first visit, they advised me on different options, suggested layouts and features to incorporate. Then while the work was being done they kept everything very clean and contained to the work area. The tiling work in particular was fiddly (due to my choice of small tiles) but the tiler was great, very patient and checked with me on finishing touches and layouts etc at every step. I was delighted with the final result.

We needed to find a builder to renovate our bathroom and as soon as we met Svet we knew we’d found a good one ! Right throughout the process, Svet kept us in touch with what was happening and what we needed to do next. We had a few delays during the process which were nothing at all to do with TSLV (bath suppliers let us down) but Svet and his team worked around them coming in in the evening and at the weekend to catch up time when the right bath finally arrived. The team worked really quickly, were hugely friendly and the standard of their work was excellent. We would highly recommend them.

Svet & his team are talented tradesmen as well as genuine, honest people. The finished bathrooms they delivered were beautiful. I was really impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. They were very clean and tidy throughout. Svet provided excellent advice during the process, explaining his ideas and approach with me. I felt there was good communication throughout. I would certainly use Svet’s services again and would recommend him and his team.

We had a problem with water ingress around our bath. Svet looked at it and offered advice. He was honest about complications of trying to replace only the bath and surroundings, but gave us options. In the end we decided to refurbish the whole bathroom and included some enhancements. Svet and his team did a magnificent job, kept us updated all the way, plus always checked with us if there was anything to decide. Also, they were careful while working, putting down floor protectors and always cleaning up after themselves. We now have a great bathroom!
