Dealt with Sam & Tim, and what a pleasure it was. The team here kept me updated step by step through the entire process. Prompt quote, clear, understanding and an incredibly competitive price. Market leading level of customer service, which was a breath of fresh air, from quote to installation. The level of detail in the quote was fantastic, so much so the cost breakdown made absolute sense and they were happy to work around my very tight scheduling. Tim and Sam delivered another faultless service. This is the second time I have used them and I was just as impressed with their work this time. They were extremely professional, approachable and flexible. They did an excellent job at fixing my double glazed doors when I thought I would have to have them replaced and made quick work of replacing some blown windows panes.
