New boiler installed. Very professional and fast service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our previous combi boiler had many issues and gave up during some of the coldest days of the year. I reached out to TS Gas & Electric Ltd as they’ve previously done work for my parents who were pleased with the work done for them. I contacted them on the Friday, Indy came on the Saturday to survey and quote, then the boiler was installed on the Monday. The team arrived on time and completed the installation very quickly. There was a little mess left behind which we manged to tidy up, but overall, it was a good job.

The work to be done was explained very well and any questions answered The fitter was excellent and very helpful explaining things as the job progressed All in all I wouldn’t have any problem recommending this company

I requested a quote following a leak in my tank in the airing cupboard, I currently have an F&E open vented system, the type where you need 2 tanks in the loft (not a combi boiler). The engineer came around just 20 mins after making an enquiry as he only lived 2 miles away. He was very polite and knowledgeable and very thorough in what we actually needed. He described in detail what we needed and what sort of boiler needed too. I felt within 10 mins that he was the right person for the job and have just instructed them to carry out the work. Update to follow.

All colleagues at TS Gas are kind, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. All communication is clear and punctual, work was carried out swiftly to a very high standard and everyone is just lovely.
