Toby recently carried out an electrical inspection and subsequently installed a new consumer unit and other works. it's the second time I have used Toby. He provides an excellent service. This is the third, and biggest, job I’ve booked Toby for: a full kitchen rewire during my refit. From planning through to completion, Toby was professional, punctual, tidy, and great at communicating throughout. He identified issues early, worked closely with me to avoid delays, and always explained options clearly. The work was completed to a very high standard and the house was left spotless. Toby carried out all the work exactly as we wanted and even when he found faults from previous electricians he rectified them made them safe or advised on what we needed to do. It's so hard finding a tradesperson with good customer service but the standout is how well he communicates what needs doing and is fully transparent about how much work something involves. He is meticulous and carries everything out to a high standard. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone reading this.
