Recently moved into an older property requiring renovation works. Contacted Steve as multiple skills/trades required - plumbing, brick/blockwork, structural steel, ceilings, new bathrooms and kitchen extension. Steve visited property within 4 days, works started 2 weeks later. Prices competitive, Steve took his time to listen to what we wanted, explained works thoroughly, having skilled trades means we don't have to co-ordinate ourselves. Steve's team are polite, friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. Steve regularly pops in to oversee works, keeps us in the loop.

We had severe water damage from the flat above and Steve has done an amazing job refurbishing the entire flat. Communication was excellent and really impressed with the quality of his work. Would highly recommend and will be using him again.

We had our roof repaired, with brickwork having to be rebuilt. Easy to deal with, turned up on time as promised and we're very pleased with the end result. Highly recommend and trustworthy, we'll be using T's & C's building services again.

Steve and the lads did a bang up job sorting my garage out into a bedroom. Polite, courteous, always kept us up to date and in the loop. Couldn't be happier with the job, brilliant!

Steve and his team converted our garage into a kitchen/dinner and we are over the moon with the finished result. T’s & C’s were friendly, professional & reliable from start to finish. They provided advice & guidance from the outset which meant the finished building exceeded expectations. A car port roof used for storage, & some unusable garden is now a spacious, light and airy workspace with kitchen, bathroom & patio area to match the existing one, making it look like it’s always been there. Care was taken to match existing brickwork, roof tiles, windows, gables & wood work so it’s in keeping with the surrounding SSSI area. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.
