Had a problem with my roof. After ringing Mark, he promptly came to view and give me a quote. He sorted the problem quickly and efficiently the next day. In the process offered me some great advice regarding my roof. Thank you Mark.

Shane replied to my checkatrader job request within minutes. He then communicated with myself and the home owner before and throughout the job. He explained the job thoroughly and it was completed within one day. He then completed a second job that we discussed with him on the day. He was professional at all times. He supplied everything and cleaned up thoroughly before he left. I would recommend Shane to anyone.

Shane and Mark delivered a professional and friendly service we were very pleased with the work they did with cleaning the guttering and cleaning the facias a written quote was given before agreeing the work and payment was made after the completion ensuring we were satisfied Shane gave us advice and a quote on future work l may need to consider but there was no pressure and treated us with the greatest of respect l would have no hesitation in recommending them to our family and friends .

Excellent service from Trustmark Roofing Installations Ltd. They fixed a blocked gutter, cleared all our guttering, and repaired several broken slate roof tiles. The team was friendly, professional, and arrived on time. They explained the work clearly, completed everything to a very high standard, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. It's reassuring to find a company that is reliable, honest, and takes real pride in its workmanship. I had a leak in my valleys on the roof. I asked x3 companies to quote. X1 still hasn't and x1 was silly money . However, when I called Shane from Trustmark after seeing his number in one of those little books that get poked through the letter box, I was hugely impressed. From initial contact to completion of the works Shane and his team were the consummate professionals. I got back later that day after they had finished and the drive was cleaner then when I left it!
