We recently had a new roof installed and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team were extremely professional, courteous, and reliable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, turned up exactly when they said they would, and carried out the work to a very high standard. The site was kept clean and tidy at all times, and the workmanship is excellent — the roof looks fantastic. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I highly recommend Trustmark Roofing for any roofing needs! I had a complex leak issue that other companies struggled to diagnose. Trustmarks team, was incredibly thorough. They clearly explained the problem and the proposed solution, and their pricing was fair and transparent. The roofer was professional, punctual, and left the work area spotless every day. The work was completed on time, and I haven't had a single issue since. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and expertise.

Avoid this company. After a rushed inspection, I was told the whole roof needed new battens and felt. Work was delayed due to missing materials, yet started without proper equipment. Despite saying I couldn’t take calls at work, I received several—often demanding money or urgent decisions on surprise extra work. Poor communication throughout, no clear timeline, and paperwork took over a month. Original issue remains unresolved months later despite repeated promises. Terrible service and unreliable—would not recommend.

Called Trustmark re roof leak, when it was looked at James saw that it was a bigger job than what I thought, he discussed issue with a family member,( which I appreciated very much) decided on his advise, to repair and also felt roof. Workman were on time, efficient and cleared away rubbish very efficiently. Would recommend

Trustmark identified the source of the leak in our flat roof and worked quickly and efficiently to refelt it, replace the cladding and repointing to seal it off. They've done a good job, tidied up and James kept me up to date throughout, so would recommend them.
