Called Trustmark re roof leak, when it was looked at James saw that it was a bigger job than what I thought, he discussed issue with a family member,( which I appreciated very much) decided on his advise, to repair and also felt roof. Workman were on time, efficient and cleared away rubbish very efficiently. Would recommend

Trustmark identified the source of the leak in our flat roof and worked quickly and efficiently to refelt it, replace the cladding and repointing to seal it off. They've done a good job, tidied up and James kept me up to date throughout, so would recommend them.

Work completed on time as promised

James always kept me well informed throughout the job. James made perfectly clear why the work was necessary, through me actually seeing some of the damage, as well as some clear videos of the roof once the tiles were taken off. From what I have seen, the quality of work is first class. It also did not take as long as I thought it would.

They arrived on time on the agreed date, and completed the work on the day. They were courteous, friendly and helpful throughout.

Comunication, workmanship and tidyness were exceptional.
