We’ve had numerous issues with a very short section of gutter which we’re still having to put up with as they won’t come and fix. I’ve requested money back but have been told multiple times they’ll be out to sort the leaks but nothing ever happens

I'm afraid this experience was pretty bad. Although the quote was good, the work carried out was not fit for purpose. The work was tatty and didn't fix the problem. I had to employ a surveyor in the end who said that there was cracking on the paintwork and that using rubber on a balcony didn't appear right and no slope was used which meant water was pooling. They were messy in their work but quite personable.

Replaced soffit ok, then waited for roof to be done, then they left scaffolding up for ages and left all the old roof by the side of the house for weeks! promise after promise to remove rubbish then to continue you to do the conservatory roof! Well, I won’t be letting him anywhere near house again. Left trim off soffit. Removed gas fire vented ridge tile and put an ordinary one on leaving gas flue disconnected in loft! Do not use

Friendly, well experienced, hard working guys, great job, cleared up afterwards. Informative. Using again to reroof after problems to the roof were discovered during the scheduled work

Nick is such a nice guy to speak to, he explained everything so well when doing the works. He and his workers Nick no.2, Danny, fitted in 2x windows, key light windows into my semi detached property. A lot of roofers stated I'd need a new roof to put keylight roof windows in, both Nick's stated no I don't. They installed it into my existing roof without any issues. They even identified a issue with my roof ridges, they replaced my roof ridges, placed membranes underneath it and clipped it in very well. All the work they had done, was honest, done to excellence, will use again Sami - Gipton
