Was honest and transparent about the cost to repair compared to buying a new machine

Could not fault the tradesman who undertook the work

Michael at trusted repairs was brilliant. I had a problem with my dishwasher and through Checkatrade he got hold of me quickly after I put my fault on their and was able to squeeze me in the next morning. When he arrived he was very courteous and new what he was talking about and diagnosed my problem and although he didn’t fix it as it was better for me to buy a new dishwasher he was more than willing to advise on a new dishwasher which we decided on there and then. I would recommend Michael at Trusted repairs to anyone and I will certainly be using him again myself

Michael was able to come within a couple of hours from our initial call. He quickly saw the problem and started working on fixing our fridge - it had broken due to icebound freezer - and within two hours had both fridge and freezer functioning properly. Michael's friendly, professional and wasn't the least bit phased by our excitable beagle.

Had Michael come out and repair my washing machine after a recommendation. He came out quickly and explained everything clearly about what was wrong. Managed to fix the problem quickly, and kept everything tidy! Chaos as home because of the summer holidays didn't phase him either! Would and can recommend!

I was having trouble finding someone to repair my fridge, but when i got on the phone with the company, I was able to get an appointment within the week. When the man arrived, he told how long he would be and was very polite about it. Additionally, he was even able to get it back up and running before expected. Very professional work.
