We contacted TRS for a quote to get the wall knocked down in our kitchen in our new house we have just bought, they came out and gave us a quote straight away and even gave us a date not long after, the lads who knocked the wall down did an excellent job and always cleaned up after themselves, they were very respectful and easy to get along with, I’m very happy with the result, even when there was pipes in the way a gas fitter came out and sorted them out no problem. I highly recommend, outstanding service.

Family run firm, very friendly, extremely punctual, nothing was a problem and had excellent knowledge and explained any query I had. Left the place spick and span. Which I was amazed at, because if you've ever had a chimney removal, it's not pretty.....hahaha

Quick contact & quote. The tiler they had subcontracted didn’t turn up on the day and didn’t return any contact so the job had to be altered and the tiling wasn’t changed as requested though this was agreed with me at the time and the price lowered to reflect this, but disappointing and unprofessional from their tiler. The lads/apprentice who actually carried out the work were so lovely, trustworthy and worked efficiently. The job was completed to a good standard.

Great service, reliable, professional and competitive prices

Lovely lads! Polite and courteous. Bricky Kevin and plaster Smokey in particular were lovely and their craftsmanship was excellent. However punctuality was an issue and it’s what would put me off from using them again. I was told I would have exclusive access to their team and they would work on my job start to finish however there were days where someone didn’t turn up ( including the first day of the renovation) or days where they turned up hours late/left early as they were attending to other jobs. Because of this the 7 week timeframe I was given was extended to 12 weeks.

Brilliant company - they came out swiftly to assess the job and provided a speedy and competitive quote. They helped me get the exact look and fittings I envisaged. On the days of the job, they arrived promptly, working efficiently and tidily. Easy and ongoing communication throughout. Would highly recommend.
