Focused worker, punctual, efficient and pragmatic for non-standard problem with window.

Paul Turcu was excellent. Recommended by my neighbour, he has undertaken difficult window (handles and mechanisms) repairs on the 3 rooms of my 2nd floor flat from inside thus avoiding any need for scaffolding. He is reliable and entirely trustworthy with keys. I would heartily recommend him!

I bought a flat with 5 windows, but only 1 had a key — the rest couldn’t fully open due to built-in safety locks and missing keys. It was frustrating, especially in summer. I struggled to get responses or proper quotes from others, but then I found Paul on Checkatrade. He replied quickly, reviewed photos and videos I sent, and offered to inspect in person. He explained the issue clearly, gave a fair quote, and later returned with the right handles. The job was more complex than expected, but he handled it with care. Friendly, punctual, honest and professional, I’d strongly recommend him.
