Our boiler broke during some work going on - I rang Adrian and he was on it straight away and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and came as soon as it was in and fixed the problem. What a hero! Totally recommend this company

Needed new syphon unit in toilet. Emailed Adrian Saturday morning and got a reply within 15 minutes. Tony the plumber phoned this morning (Monday) and arrived within 30 minutes of the call. Work completed within 1 hour, new syphon unit, new stop valve and pipework, new sealant around waste pipe and toilet bowl secured to floor. Excellent work, superb service and very reasonable price. Our boiler old & had a leak start of 2025. Didn’t want to get caught out this winter so decided to replace our boiler. Blown away with Adrian. Friendly, punctual & straight talking guy. Turned up on time to look at the job & quote. Messaged the day before install to confirm job & our email to get all guarantees/paperwork set up. Turned up bang on 8am the next day to do the job. Very organised. Very tidy. Great team & his sons work for the family business too. Felt reassured with the offer of “any problems, if you’re not sure, just ring us” we’ll help you. I need to replace my boiler. Communication is great, Adrian is very responsive. Lea helped me to install a new Worcester 4000, filter and the wireless thermostat with great care. Highly recommend.

Great customer experience . New boiler fitted promptly and the work was undertaken very professionally by friendly staff . The price was good too and I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again for any of my heating or plumbing requirements.

Thanks, great job done by G and Adrian to upgrade to TRVs, replace an old leaking radiator and service the boiler. Super quick at replying to messages and organising when to do the job. Job got stored within a few days of first contact. Even threw in a drain off to make any future jobs easier!
