  HIGHLY RECOMMEND. After a bad experience in the past. We can’t praise Truglaze enough for recently fitting windows, front and back doors and bifolds. We could not find fault in their professionalism and workmanship from start to finish. Lisa’s used her experience to make valuable suggestions to ensure we would be happy with the end result. At no time did we feel rushed or pressurised to place an order. Once our order was placed the delivery and fitting was completed on time. My mother recently had a front door and side panels fitted by Truglaze who was also pleased with the work carried out

  Complete new conservatory

  We decided that we wanted personal service from a local company rather than the pushy, sign-on-the-dotted-line today for a discount brigade. Truglaze certainly didn't disappoint. There was no hard sell tactics whatsoever. Lisa came to the house, sized up the job, took first measurements and details of what we wanted. Next thing on the list was a visit for a complete survey. This was followed by the order being placed and after a few days, an installation date was advised. Brett and Dan turned up as arranged and on time. The whole job took 4 days and was seamless. No hesitation in recommending.

  Window fitting to front of house both bedrooms

  Rob sorted out a mess from a previous window company, The windows look great and the work was completed today 4 Nov. The installers noticed scratches on the glass and said they need to be replaced so I am hoping this will be done in the next few weeks. We are building on an extension next year 2025 and will definitely be using Truglaze. regards Grant

  Excellent job by Truglaze. Order process was very professional, replacement windows were of good quality and value, and the fitters were really first rate. Polite and friendly service throughout, I would say this crew of Bret and Dan were about the best work crew we've had in our house - quick work, no messing about and very clean, they did leave the place spotless after every day of work. Would recommend without any reservations at all.

  All new Windows and doors

  We loved the work ethos of this family run company - from pre-sale to installation. The price was very competitive with no pushy selling tactics and the fitting came in under schedule. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient and we love the end result. Can't recommend highly enough

  Replaced crittle windows with double glazed casements

  Lisa and team carried out works, replacing 5 crittle windows on our period cottage. They had to navigate around original Victorian lime plaster, crumbling walls and original window cills. Attention to detail, courtesy, patience and excellent building work was unbeatable. I was anxious about the installation, but they stuck to schedule, timings, pricing and got expert advice from their team to double check that the windows would work and not cause damage through installation. I am so grateful particularly to Lisa for her patience and managing of schedule. It all ran very smoothly. Impressed.
