  Repair of a leak and a general assessment of the plumbing

  Ade is friendly, courteous and very helpful, not only did he repair the known fault, but helped with a couple of other issues. Will for sure be keeping his number and using again.

  Broken boiler

  From start to finish this was an easy experience, Adrian's communication is spot on. He arrived bang on time and despite a very tricky experience with our hellish boiler did a brilliant job. He was friendly, efficient and tidied up perfectly. All in all I cannot find even a small fault with him and am relieved we now have a contact for a first rate plumber and boiler engineer. We will definitely use him again and happily recommend him to everyone.

  Hot water tank issue

  I had an old water tank in a flat that needed some attention. Trugas gave me honest feedback on the state of it and various options. In the end I went for a replacement tank. Trugas dealt with the tenant in the flat on my behalf, arranging visits with them direct whilst also keeping me in the loop. Absolute pleasure and ease to work with! Would recommend!
