  Ben was fantastic. He came out as quickly as possible and managed to save my freezer just in time, which meant a lot of expensive food wasn’t lost. He was friendly and professional, stayed until everything was fully up and running, and even followed up afterwards to make sure it was still working properly. The 3-month guarantee gave me real peace of mind, and after doing thorough research, his pricing was the best as well. Highly recommended.

  Ben from Truetech was swift to respond to my request and quick to attend. He had one of the parts which he fitted straight away. He ordered the other part and returned the next day to fit it. He was friendly, effecient and his charges were reasonable thanks!
