  Outstanding Aco drain installation

  The Aco drain at the bottom of our driveway had collapsed and we were collecting quotes for installing a new one. George, at Trueline Drainage gave by far the most competitive quote, was happy to do the job at the weekend to minimise disruption. The price included a 10 year guarantee and pressure hosing the drainage pipe. George did a fantastic, thorough and expert job and we're really pleased with the outcome - he was friendly, accessible and professional throughout. We recommend this company very highly indeed.

  Very strong smell of drains

  From the first phone call to completing the investigation of the smell, George was prompt and professional. George used camera equipment to confirm that the drains were clear and he gave me some useful advice for future issues. He obviously knows his job and I felt his service was good value for money and genuine. I would definitely use George’s services again and am very happy to recommend him.

  I bought a house and wanted my own survey doing despite the seller’s having one carried out, prior to purchase. Trueline were really helpful and careful to explain everything in the CCTV survey in detail so I understood. Only a clean and descale were required to get the system up to scratch, but I’ll be using them again if I have any future issues.

  Honest and reliable

  This was the third company I had out to survey and quote for my blocked outside drain. Out of the three, I had no hesitation in choosing Trueline. George and Sam were very honest, reporting and quoting for only necessary works and not trying to hustle extra money that I can’t afford at the moment. They also gave me a comprehensive report and a long guarantee, to cover their work. I will be recommending them to anyone who requires drainage works.

  Excellent service from start to finish. The team arrived on time, quickly identified the drainage issue and explained everything clearly before carrying out the work. They were professional, friendly and left the area spotless when they finished. The quality of the work was excellent, communication was great throughout and there were no hidden costs.
