From first contact Jim at Trueflow was friendly, professional and fortunately was able to come to my rescue quite quickly after I had woken up to the sound of dripping water and a rather wet hallway! It didn’t take long for Jim to find and repair the leak, and he took time to explain everything to me. An excellent all round 5-star service and reasonably priced. I will certainly use Trueflow again in the future for any plumbing needs and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Great experience with Jim. Needed a boiler service and gas safe certificate. Very prompt an clear communication and a good price. Polite, professional and reasonably priced. I was worried about the tank overflow, Jim fixed the problem in a jiffy. He clearly explained the issue and what he was going to do to fix it, stayed back for a few mins to ensure it was working properly. Job location: SS11Just want to say a massive thank you 🙏🏻 to Jim bean for installation of my new boiler and shower time keeping was spot on lovely guy very polite great worker he always suggested ways it could be done to leave the best finish and also went the extra mile to help us get us up and running. I would recommend him to anyone five star review from us x10 Had no heating

Jim was great. He came at the arranged time and found the fault quickly. He popped out to buy a new pump and returned to fit it. Job all done in under 3 hours and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him next time my boiler service is due.Verified reviewerJob location: SS12
