  Stunning staircase

  Having done a great job decorating our outside we asked Peter from True Colours to decorate the interior of our home. He has totally transformed our old staircase and worked his magic in the hallway, dining room and landing. He is completely trustworthy and we were able to leave him to it. What a pleasure to return to a beautifully decorated home. We will definitely get him back to decorate the rest of our rooms later this year.

  Peter has sanded, rust-treated and repainted our old heated towel-rail which now looks almost as good as new. He has also sanded and restained some of our wooden window sills to weather-proof them for the winter. All work completed as discussed and at the price quoted. Peter is a pleasant person to deal with and a very tidy, clean worker. We have used him previously for exterior work and are very happy to recommend.

  External painting

  Peter at True Colours has just finished the external works at our home. This included repairs to cracks in the rendering, preparing all walls and applying 3 coats of weathershield. We are extremely happy with the results. Peter is very experienced and knowledgeable and we felt confident about his recommendations and advice. He arrived on time every day and worked diligently and quietly without any loud music blaring out. The project was completed in just 2.5 weeks.

  External House painting

  House was re-rendered last autumn and left to dry out till May. Peter did an excellent job with great care and attention to detail. Firstly the exterior pipe work and windows were taped up. As it was new render a mist coat was applied followed by three further coats resulting in an immaculate finish. Peter was very tidy; dustsheets were put down to catch any drips or spray from the roller. I was kept informed at every stage as the weather had turned a little unsettled. I would highly recommend True Colours.
