Three rooms and the stairs/landing cleaned by Nigel. He arrived on time, was very polite and tidy and worked like a Trojan for most of the day. It was a pleasure to have him in the house and his work was first class. He also went the extra mile by checking for carpet moths, and carrying out preventative treatment. I considered the price to be very fair, and would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel to others.

Nigel is a true gentleman. He gave great advice and wow did he do a fantastic job. Our cream carpets are over 20 years old and they look like new! I would highly recommend Nigel. Funnily enough when I asked some neighbours if they could recommend someone….all 3 recommended Nigel 😂

We have used Nigel of Trueclean many times over the years and, as usual, he has once again provided an absolutely outstanding service. Our carpets are now 10 years old and he has made them look brand new. We would not consider using any other company. He is reliable, professional and completely trustworthy.

Nigel has just left how house looking like a brand new home! He has done a magnificent job cleaning our carpets and they look fantastic. He is an expert in his field, polite, courteous, respectful and a pleasure to have working in our home. His bill was extremely reasonable and easily settled by credit card. Have used contractor one previously. He called round to quote for stone flooring and carpet cleaning. We accepted the quote for the stone flooring in writing but not the carpet cleaning. Attempted to contact via various methods. He eventually responded and suggested we “engage with another contractor”. Bizarre.

What a great service from Start to finish , Nigel explained the whole process for cleaning my sofas very informative, great price also. Have now booked him in to clean my carpets .
