Can't. believe how terrific everything went - received notifications regarding attendance until the bloke arrived - he was extremely friendly and polite and managed to figure out my heating problems almost immediately. Highly recommended.

I used True Care Trades for the first time, looking for a plumber to replace a radiator after replastering work, and fix an outside pipe. I was impressed with the response time to my initial request. Communication was excellent all the way. This was refreshing after being let down by other plumbers. The work was done within 2 days, and Neil was on time, courteous and did a good job. I discovered a problem that arose later in the day , and Dimitrijs was quickly responsive, made contact with the necessary trades, and then came over personally to fix the problem. Will definitely use again.

I found very easy to communicate with my his firm , I was so happy when Neil arrived and was polite and clean and punctual and gosh he knows his business , he went for the piece he fixed a couple of days later, I was happy he really knows what he’s doing, the job was done really well, he left everything clean and tidy and the price was really good , I proper recommend this firm , it’s so difficult to get genuine people at a reasonable price, thank you
