Truebuild did a truly excellent job

The whole process was managed very professionally and with an awareness of our needs. We had excellent communication from Joe and the team, enabling clear decision-making. The build was carried out on time, with such attention to detail. We’re delighted and would highly recommend them!

The company inspected and recommended what work was required. The work was carried out professionally by a trustworthy team. I had to leave my house keys with them as I was out and they needed access to electricity. I am extremely happy the repointing and window re sealing ,everything was left tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. This is the second time I have used this company and I have no complaints.

Joseph and his team go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. They take time and special care to ensure every detail is tended to. As well as their work being top tier, they always took the time to tidy and clean after every visit so we could carry on with life as normal whilst the works were being carried out. On top of this, they are always professional, friendly and keep an open line of communication whenever we had questions. We couldn’t be more happy with the work they have done on our home! True Build were prompt and professional in visiting to provide a quote and assess the work. They started as agreed and gave detailed updates whilst the work was being completed. They were courteous in answering all questions. They completed a great job and tidied up throughly once completed.

Joe and his team were excellent. He listened carefully to what we wanted and it was reflected well in the scope of work and quote which was delivered promptly. Joe has fantastic attention to detail and really cares about getting all the elements right. He was extremely accommodating of the changes we made mid project and wanted to help us get what we wanted. He was great to deal with and easy to communicate any concerns.
