The team at Trueadapt did an excellent job. They fully understood our needs, made suggestions, and then carried out the job very professionally. They were polite, clean and tidy, communicated well, and arrived on time.

We've just had our bathroom completely re-fitted by True Adapt following a personal recommendation from a friend. We are thrilled with the result. The standard of workmanship is second to none and they solved the problem of the underlying leak before commencing with the work. Oliver was so helpful in keeping us informed and James and Ben are so professional, thorough and helpful. We wouldn't have trusted the work to anyone else. All work was tidied up at the end of each day and they are on hand for any post work minor adjustments as required. A big thank you to all of the team.

Great job done, from communicating well with me and answering all my questions , to completing a very tidy job at a very good price. James was aware of my disabilities so made sure that the tap was accessible at the right height for me and made sure it would be easy for me to use with an easy lever handle. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.

From the initial meeting with James and Oliver , I can honestly say they made sure all my expectations were met , I felt listened too , and nothing was too much trouble , the workman arrived every morning at exactly the time arranged , worked so hard to a very high standard, very friendly and kept me informed, extra work was needed due to unforeseen issues and I also wanted no pipes showing nothing I asked was too much trouble , the end result is a beautiful tiled wet room with fabulous new floor too would highly recommend this company and their integrity is apparent .

I had my bathroom fitted through True Adapt and I can't say a bad word against them, the work is outstanding!. They were always keeping me in the loop with what was plan / happening for the day and they always hit their goal for the day. Always arrived on time in the morning with a big beaming smile :). Always left the bathroom perfectly tidy at the end of the day. Quality of work is beyond amazing can't praise them enough. Thank you True Adapt A+++

I needed a small bathroom and small kitchen fitting. Both were well planned and designed well to make the most of the space. I was and still am very happy and pleased with the work done
