Ben and his team have been amazing. Prompt, tidy, extremely efficient and hard working. Kept us updated all the time. They went the extra mile , nothing was too much trouble. Ben also made a point big introducing us to anyone who came to work with him, which we thought was really good. Ben replaced our flat roof in 2018. Unfortunately a leak developed in 2024 at the seam with the neighbours roof. Ben was informed and came out as soon as possible to assess and repair under the 10 year warranty.
