I spoke to Tristan at TRS regarding some advice about an upgrade to our heating and air con unit and he was very helpful. An appointment was arranged for a site visit and he gave us three options to consider with no pressure for a quick decision. The old unit was moved to another location and the new unit installed. All the work done by TRS was excellent and we are very happy with the result.

TRS Cooling are fabulous! I really needed an engineer to come and fix our chiller unit as a matter of urgency and from the initial phone call to an engineer being with us was an hour and a half. I've been using them for a number of years now because from the first phone call to the engineer leaving, they are just so professional. A text to confirm your appointment time. A phone call so you know they are on their way. Transparent and extremely good value pricing. They are just everything I want in a company and I highly recommend them.

Such good service from the first quote through to the installation team. Really pleased with the completed work (three Aircon units), the professionalism of the installers as well as how tidy they left the house afterwards. Great experiences so far would highly recommend.

During a refurbishment project at Chalgrove Village Hall, TRS removed the old air con system and fitted a new system. The communication and project management was excellent, and they were all a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Can’t fault it. Simple home visit for the quote. Easy booking and install took around 5 hours. Tidy work. Now have air con in the house!

Fab service from TRS, I just moved into a new shop and there was an air con unit there, knowing it probably needed servicing I called TRS, they came out within days and they did a lovely job cleaning it out and now it works perfectly, it was pretty filthy so glad I got a service done. Will be using annually, so thank you!
