We have to re-pipe the pipe work of the central heating downstairs due to a leak. The quote from Jacob is reasonable. He didn't turn up on the first day as his van broke down. He did inform us though. The work also took longer than expected and didn't finish in a week as planned. Overall they worked hard and get the job done with a reasonable price.

This was an emergency situation that Jake responded to very quickly and repaired. Jake communicated his approx. arrival time and kept me informed throughout. His charges we very reasonable. We would definitely use him again. 10/10
