  Tom and the team have just replaced the tiles , felt , laths , fascias, soffits and guttering on my bungalow. They also installed dry ridge and dry verge. The workmanship is excellent and it looks really good. My neighbours all agree too!! The whole process from start to finish was straightforward and the pricing is very competitive. I would definitely recommend T R Property Maintenance for all roofing work.

  Tom has just completed work to renew fascia boards & guttering. He arrived at the agreed time, has done an excellent job, removed all rubbish & left the property clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend this company.

  Could not recommend this company enough. Second time we have used this company in our renovation home. From the start when I first contacted Tom for a quote, to him finishing the job, the communication, photo updates, tidiness and workmanship between him and the team was fantastic and we are absolutely over the moon. My neighbour came out and spoke to Tom whilst on our job and he then gave them a quote for their roof which they have agreed to get replaced also. Amazing! Thanks Tom and team. Great work yet again *****

  Part of the flat roof on our pub was leaking, they fixed it very quickly and efficiently
