    Pebble Dash repair

    Damaged render was removed, and new render and pebble dash with matching paint was applied. The repair blended seamlessly with surrounding wall. Site left clean and tidy. A first class job well done.

    Great advice and good outcome

    Tyler provided good advice regarding how to plan the job. He provided a significantly more competitive quote by explaining that in his opinion it was not neede to redo the render on all. 1 wall really needed to be done and the others it was more a decision of esthetics. Once we agreed on the scope of work, he did the job promptly. The outcome looks great and I am very happy with it.

    Excellent rendering job

    Tyler rendered our whole semi detatched house. Tyler and the team were brilliant. Made sure everything was clean and tidy and the work and finish was very high quality. Very happy with the end result and really recommend.

    We contacted TR property maintenance, regarding rendering the side of our property, spoke to a chap called Tyler, who came round to give us a quote, which was the best quote we had received, after agreed a date for the job, arrived on time as agreed they we’re very polite and very efficient in my opinion, and respected our property, was in constant contact with Tyler regarding the work being carried out which was reassuring, work was complete on time and very happy with the finished product, thoroughly recommend this company to anyone else looking for a reputable building/maintenance company.

    Great job of replacing rendering and guttering - highly recommended!

    Tyler and his team at TR Property Maintenance recently replaced a metre high render (including painting) along the back of my property, as well as replacing guttering and drainpipes. The quality of the work they carried out was outstanding and I cannot rate them highly enough. Communication was always clear, everyone who worked on the job was really friendly and courteous, and their timekeeping was exceptional. Everyone worked efficiently and tidily, and left everything spotless when they left. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TR Property Maintenance to anyone.

Specializing in Any kind of Landscaping, Pebble Dashing and Rendering also not a stranger to other trades.

All Staff have over 10 years’ experience and are fully trained.

There are five of us, when we work, we work hard like to get the job done properly.

Our aim is to provide a stress-free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations.

We work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well.

Our customers are accustomed the outstanding quality of projects we complete, by sourcing quality materials with experienced Installers, we create truly bespoke masterpieces lasting our customers many years.

We give between 1 year to 15 years guarantee depending on the kind of work that we have completed.

We do not use sub-contractors, all crews are employed with at least 10 years’ experience in all types of landscaping, pebble dashing and rendering.

An assessment/diagnosis of the issue, if needed, will be carried out free of charge.

Not only do we protect your home or business, but we will also transform it giving a newly renovated look.

We make it a point of priority to provide our customers with peerless service in terms of reliability, durability and quality.

whilst working at customers properties/businesses always use PPE but the majority of our work is normally outside.
