  Leaky toilet

  I'm sure the job no plumber enjoys, but fabulous job undertaken. The job was not as straightforward as initially envisaged and a new toilet was needed! But was explained thoroughly to me throughout and every effort was made to clean, tidy and retain as much as possible in the whole process. Huge thanks, appreciate your prompt attention with same day call out. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

  Fixing heating issue (replacing broken pump)

  Our heating wasn’t working and we needed this fixing urgently. I contacted Tr plumbing late on a Friday and he was able to fit us in on the Saturday keeping us informed of what time he’d be with us. He explaining what he thought the issue was and what would be needed to fix it. Work was completed and issue resolved. We were kept informed of costs and felt this was fair for service provided.

  Bathroom refit

  We have used this company many times before for general plumbing work. As we've always had a positive experience in the past we were pleased that Richard was able to do the refit of our bathroom. From beginning to end we were kept informed, price was maintained and the work was completed entirely to our satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  Leaking cistern

  There was a leak coming from the toilet area, and Richard was due to come and fix this on a specified day. The leak started to come through the ceiling and I called and asked if he could come immediately. He was here within an hour of my call, fixed the cistern, replacing the necessary parts. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard, he is courteous, identifies the problem and sorts it. He is a tidy worker and in my experience, goes the extra mile to help.

  Richard offers a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble regarding the quickness of attending plus the work he carried out . We were very impressed and will certainly use him again.
