Super quick response. Came to measure up after to confirm rough estetmate given on the phone and quotation then given in writing. Two week lead time for glass unit to be fitted (which I expected) and this was spot on. The glazer was very quick and helpful and a pleasure to have in our home. Our three year old new build bedroom window developed a crack. We asked Richard to provide a quote for replacing the window. He arrived very promptly and quoted for the work which we duly accepted. The work was carried out soon after. We were very pleased with the service provided.
