  Faultless! From the offset the communication from Steve was exceptional. Timescales were outlined and stuck to, even with some additional items being required that the kitchen company had missed. The attention to detail was outstanding, it was as if Steve and his team were fitting in their own homes. Absolute grafters, great communication, professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommend Trowy, and will definitely be using them for future work on bathrooms etc where required.

  Laying of two new patio areas and new pathway

  After doing a superb job with a new bathroom we set Steve to task with a large garden project. This included the removal of old paving slabs and a pathway. Steve then proceeded to lay two new patio areas and put a new pathway in. Every detail was catered for and when we ran into difficulties with a old existing wall Steve amended his schedule to build a new one. He ensured that the work area was left clean and tidy at all times and kept us updated daily as to what the next plan of action was. Steve took all the worry out of this project for us and left us with all that we had wished for.

  Bathroom refit

  Steve completed my bathroom in just over 2 weeks,completely gutting the bathroom, tiling walls and floor, fitting walk in shower, sink, taps, toilet, heated towel radiator and cabinets. He has done an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recomnend him to anyone. I am thrilled with the result.

  Steve replaced our old fence with concrete posts and gravel boards and fence panels.

  Steve works really hard to ensure a quality service and fished job. The finished fencing was done so impeccably and I cannot recommend him enough. He was on time, keep to his quote and is a truly genuine trades person you can trust. Will be contacting again for our next project.

  Complete refurbishment of en suite

  Really fantastic job, we are really happy with the final room. Steve was really reliable throughout and was even finished a day early. He did all that he could to minimise dust and kept the place clean. He came on exactly the date he said he would. The price came in at slightly more because of an issue with our saniflow toilet but Steve kept us fully informed throughout so this was not unexpected - especially in such an old house! We will definitely be contacting Steve again in the future when we need our bathroom done.
