they came when they said they would but took over the whole project the tiles had a pattern flaw which was just ignored and used my shower doesnt run cold and the loo seat broke having paid them in full the day after they finished the work i expected to be able to call them back for snagging problems however i was informed there were no problems and would be charged if i kept calling them back

Steve and Aaron did a super job installing new items in our bathroom and upgrading our shower and hot water systems, including a new pressurised hot water cylinder system. They were punctual, tidy, polite and kept us fully informed as the works progressed. Issues were discussed and solutions agreed, with Steve offering us multiple options to choose from. The work was completed to a very high standard throughout and Steve was transparent about pricing options throughout. Highly recommended.

Steve and aaron did an amazing job hit a few problems but came up with very clever solutions really good price and happy with design and installation had few problems with temperature on shower and drain but steve came back the next day to sort it very pleased would highly recommend them melanie trowbridge

Steve and Aaron walked me through the rip out and fitment of old and new bathroom suites. Steve was able to advise on selections I made highlighting issues and making recommendations but happy to progress whatever my choice. Any potential issues were discussed before key decisions made. The fit and finish are excellent. Steve’s standards were so high he redid some work until he was completely satisfied. Both Steve and Aaron were polite and good company throughout. They were also cheaper than several of the big firms. A strong recommendation.

We asked Steve to fully refit our main bath and en-suite as well as install new flooring, toilet and sink in the cloakroom. The job was estimated to take 2 weeks and we moved out so that it could be done more quickly and easily. The job was done within the estimated time and budget. We returned to beautifully transformed bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the work done and the sleek and modern look of the design.
