Andrew called me straight after the query. He had the part in stock and came the same day. I blinked and he already had the oven apart and replaced the offending item (thermocouple). I blinked again and he had already put it all back again. Very reasonable price for labour and parts. Highly recommend

Excellent service provided, very reliable and was able to quickly fix the issue which turned out to be the gas connection. Was also able to order and fit a new part. Overall would definitely recommend, lovely guy and very good, efficient service.

Andrew was very calm, knowledgable and efficient. He was delayed by an hour but as it was 2 days before Xmas I was so pleased that he still managed to come and do the job even though it ran over normal working hours. Andrew checked the gas pressure and sent a cerificate of work validating the guarantee for the cooker. I live on the 4th floor with no lift - and this is the 1st time anyone has said no problem, without charging a surcharge. All in all very pleased with the work carried out.
