Ben was fantastic. He laid a new limestone floor in my period cottage. I chose the stone and ordered it through Mandarin Stone, in Devon. Ben prepared the floor, laid matting and levelling compound to deal with the existing uneven and patchy screed. There were some areas my partner and I were concerned about such as the sloping hallway and uneven walls (the cottage is 250-300 years old so it’s a bit wonky) But Ben tackled these issues without any problem at all. He’s a bit of a perfectionist and worked diligently every day until it was finished. Reliable, honest & hardworking,

We are extremely happy with the work completed recently by Ben, which has transformed our newly built extension. He was meticulous in completing the tiling and even our builder commented on the high standard of his work. He was reliable and finished the work before Christmas, as agreed. His approach was friendly and respectful in our home, and he could be relied upon to provide helpful and relevant advice when requested. His quote was competitive when compared with other recommended tilers. We would certainly use his firm again.

This is the second time we have used Ben, this time it was to fully tile our main bathroom. Once again from start to finish a great experience, as before Ben is a tidy worker, friendly and really helpful, when he comes across a problem (assuming there is any) he works out the best way to overcome and makes sure he discusses with you so as to ensure you all agree the best approach. Really friendly and I will have no concerns of asking Ben to come back and do some more work for us when we need it. Thank you

Just want to recommend Trojan Ceramics as they were amazing. Ben was exceptional from beginning to end. Helped us understand what is best for the bathrooms and gave expert advise when we were making decisions along the way. Always polite and tidy and very accommodating even with our forever changing timelines. With such a professional finish the price was very fairly priced and would highly recommend to family and friends.

From start to finish Ben has been amazing, he popped round on a Sunday gave me a quote, and gave some sound advice, on the first day the plumbers turned up to remove the toilet and sink so as to get a better finish, and Ben turned up about 30mins later, he started by laying some plastic sheeting up the stairs and in the bedroom so as to ensure the area was kept clean. Even in the heat Ben worked through and completed the task in the three days he predicted and wow we are so pleased with the work, the tiles look amazing. We are already discussing Ben coming back to do the main bathroom
