Left a message Wednesday 25th wanting a call back regarding a plumbing issue I had at home. 5 days later I have yet to have my call returned. Another capable plumber got my business instead. Just another case of poor customer service.

He fixed leak under bath, tiled a wall and replaced old radiator with a new one after giving us advice on what was needed.

Toby was quick to respond and came and assessed each of the small leaks carefully, explaining what the issues where and the possible remedies. He also spent some time trying to see if another problem with a leaking mobility bath door could be fixed. He provided a quote that was very reasonable. Arrived on time to do the work. Did an excellent job in each case - couldn't have asked for better. Pleasant courteous and cleans up afterwards. Would definitely use again.

Toby came round to replace my hot water cylinder. He is great guy, and spent his time telling child friendly jokes, His work is top notch. I can highly recommend him, and he is very reliable, and competitive.

After getting a quote elsewhere of over £400 I was contact by Toby. He arrived on time. Took a look organised and fitted the replacement parts. No fuss and no extortionate pricing. Job was just over £100 in total. Friendly and helpful. I would happy use his service again.
